The Cruxshadows

So I've had this obsession with the cruxshadows lately . . . hence the intro quote and unoriginal title. And I wanted to draw an angel . . . and use watercolors and pencil . . . and I really like this song. Although its more based of the sound and impression than the words.
Apparently, my scanner hates me. The feeling is mutual. Why it refused to scan part of one side is beyond me, but now the seal it partially cut off. And there are lines every where from scanning it in so many pieces+uneveness due to using watercolors on paper not meant for water . . .

No reference, because I couldn't find one, and taking one wasn't working out either. So the pose is lame, and I suspect one of his legs is weird, but that's what happens when I don't have a reference. >.>
