Cloak view 1

My cloak.

I made it out of grey/black wool and black lining fabric.
I used a Simplicity pattern 5794, except I didn't sew the lining to the bottom edge of the cloak, because that makes it hang weirdly. So I had to hem the edges, which I hate doing.

The cloak pin is a silver pennanular brooch I ordered off the internet.
Originally I was going to go for a more medievally accurate cloak, but I liked the pointed hood. SomedaI'll make a detached hood.

I still don't know what I'm going to do with this. Wear it around my house I guess.
